We engaged Peter Bodeker to act as our builder in a major renovation of our home in Mosman Park. Peter was recommended by Jody Fewster of Acton Cottesloe, who acted as our agent when purchasing the home whilst we were overseas. He was also recommended by some of our friends who had renovated their home in Cottesloe. Peter was able to introduce us to a local architect and he also managed the approvals process with the local council. The renovation took around 18 months to complete, in a couple of stages. Throughout this period, Peter was able to provide his expertise and contacts to identify the best suppliers and tradespeople to undertake the required works. A builder is only as good as the tradespeople he employs, and this is what stands Peter Bodeker Constructions apart. Across all the various trades we encountered, Peter has identified highly capable individuals, who approach their work with professionalism and a respectful manner.
